Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Minimum Order Quantity
CV Jaya Abadi not have any minimum order quantity, you can order 1 item only.
Please make sure the quantity is correct when you make the orders, because merge shipment will get a best shipping rates.
If you do not finish/provide the payment for more than 6 days after you make the orders, then you agree your order was canceled.

Manufacturers Warranties
All products sold by CV Jaya Abadi have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.
Shipping
CV Jaya Abadi offer Land, Air Freight and Sea Freight delivery services.
Delivery Time for Air Freight is 6 - 30 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
Delivery Time for Sea Freight is 15 - 45 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. We know how it feels when you buy online and want it ASAP.
